Are you a dually licensed clinician passionate about both mental health and addiction recovery? Addiction Health Center is looking for a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our supportive outpatient treatment team.
This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys group facilitation, values clinical autonomy, and wants a rewarding part-time position with a balance of group therapy and individual mental health services.
What You'll Do

Mental Health Groups: Facilitate 3 hours of mental health-focused therapeutic groups weekly.

SUD Groups: Lead 10–16 hours of substance use disorder treatment groups weekly, focusing on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, coping skills, and recovery.

Individual Therapy: Maintain a manageable mental health caseload, providing assessments, treatment planning, and individual psychotherapy.

Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary staffing meetings and provide mental health consultation to support integrated care.

Clinical Documentation: Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with applicable Minnesota requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Minnesota LADC license.
- Active Minnesota mental health professional license in one of the following:
- LPCC – Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
- LICSW – Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
- LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- LP – Licensed Psychologist
- LPCC – Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
- Experience providing individual therapy and facilitating therapeutic groups.
- Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered care.
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient treatment or Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
- Familiarity with Minnesota Chapter 245G and co-occurring treatment.
- Experience using Procentive or similar electronic health records.
